| Well, the NC II was a fun time. The women beat the men in medals 6 to 4. We did awesome in the sabre but the men lacked in the epee. Cadria continued her winning streak in the women's foil only losing one bout in her pool, but still came away with the Gold. Blake proved that old age and treachery can overcome youth and skill but beating Kevin 15-14 and re-earning his B. However, the big winners of the tournament were Matt who now has his C and Hunter who beat Kelly in the pool bout 5-4!!! RFC were great hosts and we plan for a great rivalry to develop betweeen the two clubs in the years to come. |
