This weekend we travelled to the North Georgia Fencing Center.  Wow, it was a
great place and the host Gary Dimaggio was a great host.  We took nine fencers
to the epee event and had a great time.  It was the first time since I had been to
the old Beaches Sabre Club in Canada that a tournament organizer thanked us
for bringing so many people to the tournament in front of everyone.  The behind
our backs or worse.  

Kevin Ziechmann was the big winner for the day coming in 1st and earning his
B06 (of course pending USFA review).  Blake came in third re-earning his C06
and Matt Parmer proved that even with a bum ankle you can come in 5th and
re-earn his D06.  

The new school van worked out great and now to see where its next adventure
will turn out to be.  I guess we will now have to a Big Mac contain in Dan
Liaconia's honor.
