| The 2006 -2007 season is over and we did it. We qualified fencers from all three divisions and created the infrastructure that was left incomplete in NY. This year our lone medal winner was Matt Parmer in the Div 3 Sabre. Thanks, SC and NC for the opportunity. If this a sign of the 2007-2008 season I'll take it. We sent a lot of new teams to nationals this year and that was a lot of fun. Matt went from the caboose to the main engine and the rest of the folks had a great time fencing people from all over the country. We had a lot of top 32 and top 16 results for our kids that will mean a lot for the next season. The big winner over the 10 days was Karen. She made it a goal to become a national ref this season and she worked her tail off for all the fencers. The stories and events over the 10 days will undoubtedly make list over stories told on travelling tournaments and over so cold ones. Now we have to hang the three new relics gained on this crusade, the hat, the banner and the door knocker (Fry you are amazing)! Below is the listing of our fencers results. So, now we enter our pre-season and for us that means more training. We have 3 more weeks of fencing camp to go.
